Jazz Sauk Valley Running Camp
WELCOME TO ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL RUNNERS- co-ed training camp. Grades 6-12.
We provide the optimal training experience in the summer. The participants & location have always made Sauk Valley what it is – the best camp for anyone who wants to be pushed to excellence on & off the course. If you want to be better you need to do the extras and we’ll teach you the extras.

Our gym at the farm is Family Fitness-oriented and it offers a wide variety of fitness options to fit all of your fitness needs. We believe that exercise should make you feel good. Our gym is spacious and open to the public. We pride ourselves with having a clean and welcoming environment.

Work 1-on-1 with two experts in functional fitness, recovery, strength straining, core body training, walking or running, speed, agility, and more! Katie and Bob have been coaching for over 30 years and have both trained as elite athletes. They have their Masters Degree in teaching and coaching, strength & conditioning. Contact them directly to set up a consult!
